Earlier this month, Samantha Crain announced the details of Under Branch & Thorn & Tree, her new studio album out July 17 on Full Time Hobby. The Shawnee songstress has been busy out on the road this spring, drumming up buzz for the upcoming release, but she can’t help but return home to celebrate the record itself. Crain set two Oklahoma release shows for Thursday, July 16 at Opolis in Norman and Friday, July 17 at The Woody Guthrie Center in Tulsa.
Norman gets the added treat of witnessing Tallows‘ return to the stage after a hiatus through the spring while frontman Josh Hogsett studied abroad in Europe. It will mark their first show since December. The Tequila Songbirds also join the Opolis bill, while Desi & Cody will open for Crain in Tulsa.
